The wedding

Lucky we decided on an indoor wedding, because it stormed right up until it started.

Here are some pictures:

My two sisters, Lisa and Tara, and my sister-in-law, Amanda, were my bridesmaids.  The flower girls are my neices, Paisley and Rhagen.

The wedding was also the last time I ever saw my dad before he died.

This a picture of one of our actual wedding gifts:

The wedding pig

Yes, one of our great “friends” got us a pig.  My dad ended up taking it home with him to Oklahoma.  He said it was “delicious.” Lol.

We went to Florida for our honeymoon.  The week off was nice, but it was soon back to work as usual.

Start from the beginning

This is such an easy way to keep family up to date on all the happenings in everyone’s lives.  I wish I had started sooner!

By the way, in case you don’t recognize the photo…. I am Judy’s 5th child…Kim (Courreges) Williams.

Mike and I actually met at work.  I was, at the time, working in counter sales, and he was hired for the same position.  We were married on March 31, 2007, only 6 months after we started dating.  We initially lived in a tiny one bedroom apartment, but as we were expecting our new baby girl, we decided to purchase a house.  We found a house in a nice new neighborhood about 8 miles from my mom.

We had about a month to get settled in before Kaelyn was born.  My doctor induced me two weeks early because my blood pressure was going up.  After 24 hours of labor I was still only 4 cm dialated, so my doctor decided a c-section was necessary. :(   Kaelyn Layne Williams was born on Sept 21, 2007 at 3:43 pm.

The nurse took this picture just before we left the operating room.

I was fortuante enough to be able to stay at home with Kaelyn for the first 3 months while I finished my last semester of school.

Unfortunatly, within a month of her starting at daycare, she spent 4 days in the hospital with pneumonia.  Ever since then she has been fighting sickness off and on.

Overall, I can’t complain.  She has been a wonderful baby… extremely happy.
